The Mighty One
Clouds and darkness surround
him righteousness and justice are
the foundation of his throne.
A fire goes before him,
and burns up his enemis on every side .
his lightnings light the world ,
the earth see and trembles.
The mountains melt like wax at the
presence of the Lord at the presence of
the Lord of whole earth .
the heaven declare his righteousness,
and all be put to shame who serve carved images.
Who boast of idols .
whorship him all you gods.
You who love the Lord hate evil!
He preserves the souls of his saints .
He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
Light is swon for the righteous ,
and give thanks at the remembrance of his Holy Name ,
our God comes and not be silent.
A fire devorours before Him ,
and around him a tempest rages.
This is God , our God forever and ever,
he will be our guide even to death.

O Poderoso
Nuvens e trevas o cercam
justiça e retidão são
os alicerces do seu trono.
Um fogo vai adiante dele,
e queima seus inimigos de todos os lados.
Seus relâmpagos iluminam o mundo,
a terra vê e treme.
As montanhas derretem como cera na
presença do Senhor, na presença
do Senhor de toda a terra.
Os céus proclamam sua justiça,
e todos ficarão envergonhados que servem a ídolos esculpidos.
Aqueles que se vangloriam de ídolos.
Adorem-no, todos vocês, deuses.
Vocês que amam o Senhor, odeiem o mal!
Ele preserva as almas de seus santos.
Ele os livra da mão dos ímpios.
A luz é semeada para os justos,
e agradeçam ao lembrar de seu Santo Nome,
nosso Deus vem e não ficará em silêncio.
Um fogo devora diante dele,
e ao seu redor uma tempestade se agita.
Este é Deus, nosso Deus para sempre,
e ele será nosso guia até a morte.
