There are names that are used for description
Other use ugly names to offend
Some are called certain things for distinction
Special names can be given a friend
From the heart of our Lord's love and caring
Comes a blessing that we don't deserve
It's the honor that we can be wearing
The name of the God whom we serve
How great is the love
The Father has lavished on us
That we should be called
Children of God
You can easily see who is knowing
Telling others about Him each day
There's a love that will set your heart glowing
When your Father has great things to say
It's a love that's unlike any other
With a feeling, most healing by far
Even more that the love of a brother
Through a name telling all whose we are!

Que o Pai derramou sobre nós
Que devemos ser chamados
Filhos de Deus
Você pode facilmente ver quem realmente sabe
Contando aos outros sobre Ele a cada dia
Há um amor que faz seu coração brilhar
Quando seu Pai tem coisas grandiosas pra dizer
É um amor que não se compara a nenhum outro
Com um sentimento, o mais curador de todos
Ainda mais que o amor de um irmão
Através de um nome que diz a todos de quem somos!
