Once a long time ago they lived
somewhere...
I'm drawing back the dark
curtain of time,
over the land ancient and lost,
forgotten in immense depths of ages,
where nothing begins and nothing ends.
With mix of love and sorrow,
I'm watching beautiful land
thats already by its birth
was ordained to come to an end.
Why? It disappeared under the layers
of millenniums, not even a recollection
has remained.
Where went the living and dead
so beautiful and yet mortal?
It only lives in my mind,
the woesomely sad recollection
of the cruel fate and my beloved.

Uma vez, há muito tempo, viveram
em algum lugar...
Estou puxando a cortina escura
do tempo,
Sobre a terra antiga e perdida,
esquecida nas imensas profundezas das eras,
donde nada começa e nada termina.
Com uma mistura de amor e dor,
Estou observando a bela terra
que já desde seu nascimento
estava destinada a chegar ao fim.
Por quê? Ela desapareceu sob as camadas
de milênios, nem mesmo uma lembrança
sobrou.
Para onde foram os vivos e os mortos
tão belos e ainda assim mortais?
Só vive na minha mente,
a triste e lamentável lembrança
do cruel destino e do meu amado.
