Everything is tied, even God has his strings
There's left much pride... Heritage of old kings...
Woven with laws, woven with lies
Life's the cause, Pain's the prize

Gates of life open wide and scream, knowledge lost
Why isn't it a dream...

Feelings mummified, Voices in my head, at least

Tudo tá amarrado, até Deus tem suas cordas
Ainda sobra muito orgulho... Herança de reis antigos...
Entrelaçado com leis, entrelaçado com mentiras
A vida é a causa, a dor é o prêmio
Mas eu posso mudar, tudo ao meu redor
O céu tá ao alcance, com o tempero que encontrei
Eu sou o Filho da manhã, destinado a tentar
Escalando todas as minhas montanhas, subindo tão alto
Observando os mares gritando... da Eternidade
Eu decido me tornar Deus, Alterar a Realidade
Deixe o medo pra trás, altere meu destino

Portões da vida se abrem e gritam, conhecimento perdido
Por que não é um sonho...
Tudo foi em vão, eu não sou Deus, dor insuportável, a fé
Começa a apodrecer
Sentimentos mumificados, vozes na minha cabeça, pelo menos
Eu tentei
Agora minha mente fugiu
Deixando a Realidade...
