So much on my mind, i can't recline

let's rewind to these days were everything was fine.

there was a future in our lives,

now it's gone and i wanna know what changed.

nothing to lose, everything to prove,

everyone around is out to get you.

this is all we ever had, if it's the end of the road, don't look so sad.

i tried before and i tried again, i won't lie and i can't pretend.

that i know why i'm here. no light at the end of the tunnel,

i fear gods, earths, seeds and trees.

some get down on their knees, they bow down

and live to please, something that they can't see...

but not me!

i know that life is what you make it to be,

at times i feel that i'm my worst enemy!

no matter how you live, in the end you're found dust in the wind,

or six feet underground.

Tanta coisa na minha cabeça, não consigo relaxar

vamos voltar a esses dias em que tudo estava bem.

havia um futuro em nossas vidas,

hora se foi e eu quero saber o que mudou.

nada a perder, tudo a provar,

todo mundo ao redor quer te derrubar.

isso é tudo que sempre tivemos, se é o fim da linha, não fique tão triste.

tentei antes e tentei de novo, não vou mentir e não posso fingir.

que eu sei por que estou aqui. sem luz no fim do túnel,

eu temo deuses, terras, sementes e árvores.

alguns se ajoelham, se curvam

e vivem para agradar, algo que não conseguem ver...

mas não eu!

sei que a vida é o que você faz dela,

em certos momentos sinto que sou meu pior inimigo!

não importa como você viva, no final você é encontrado como poeira no vento,

ou a seis pés sob a terra.
