A Product Of Society
What kind of society do we have
where doing the wrong is right?
living by rules pressured in
throughout time
the lies are always being fed
while the world is going to hell
do all you can to please one,
please yourself
A product of society,
feelings are not inbred
I'm made to feel no sympathy
I may as well be dead
I know my life means more than this
but selfishness has been my creed
is there a way to feel again
to remove this rotted seed.
I was born this way, can I change,
or will I remain a product of society
Lust and power, insidious greed
a make up of what I am
I owe society for who I am
A selfish child in the form of a man
Feelingless, I could care less
about what happens to you
Repent, recant, change my ways?
Contradiction from what I knew
Society's sick, the one we're in
where doing the wrong is right
pollution of the mind, it's now time
rise up against the filth that's
being fed to you and me
do all you can to please one, please yourself

Que tipo de sociedade temos
onde fazer o errado é certo?
viver por regras impostas
ao longo do tempo
as mentiras sempre sendo alimentadas
enquanto o mundo vai pro inferno
doe tudo que puder pra agradar um,
agrede a si mesmo
Um produto da sociedade,
sentimentos não são inatos
fui feito pra não sentir empatia
poderia muito bem estar morto
sei que minha vida vale mais que isso
mas o egoísmo tem sido meu credo
existe uma forma de sentir de novo
pra remover essa semente podre.
Eu nasci assim, posso mudar,
ou vou continuar sendo um produto da sociedade
Luxúria e poder, ganância insidiosa
uma mistura do que eu sou
sou grato à sociedade por quem eu sou
uma criança egoísta na forma de um homem
Sem sentimentos, pouco me importa
o que acontece com você
Arrependido, retratado, mudar meus caminhos?
Contradição do que eu conhecia
A sociedade é doente, a que estamos
onde fazer o errado é certo
poluição da mente, agora é hora
de se levantar contra a sujeira que está
sendo alimentada pra você e pra mim
doe tudo que puder pra agradar um, agrede a si mesmo
