3. The People of God Will Care for Orphans
James 1: 27 says, Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: To visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world
The words of the Bible call God’s people to actively pursue meeting the needs of children who have been orphaned, and a great place to start is through prayer
4. The People of God Share Their Resources With Orphans
The following verse comes from a passage in Deuteronomy where God is instructing his people about tithing. Deuteronomy 14:29 says, And the Levite, because he has no portion or inheritance with you, and the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your towns, shall come and eat and be filled, that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands that you do
People are called by God to care well for children who have been orphaned in their giving
As you consider how God may be calling you to care for waiting children, take heart
He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24)

3. O Povo de Deus Cuidará dos Órfãos
Tiago 1:27 diz: A religião que é pura e sem mácula diante de Deus, o Pai, é esta: Visitar os órfãos e as viúvas em suas aflições, e guardar-se incontaminado do mundo
As palavras da Bíblia chamam o povo de Deus a buscar ativamente atender às necessidades das crianças que foram órfãs, e um ótimo lugar para começar é através da oração
4. O Povo de Deus Compartilha Seus Recursos com os Órfãos
O versículo a seguir vem de uma passagem em Deuteronômio onde Deus está instruindo seu povo sobre o dízimo. Deuteronômio 14:29 diz: E o levita, porque não tem parte nem herança contigo, e o estrangeiro, o órfão e a viúva, que estão dentro das tuas cidades, virão e comerão e se fartarão, para que o Senhor teu Deus te abençoe em toda a obra das tuas mãos que fizeres
As pessoas são chamadas por Deus a cuidar bem das crianças que foram órfãs em suas doações
Enquanto você considera como Deus pode estar te chamando a cuidar das crianças que estão esperando, tenha coragem
Aquele que te chama é fiel; ele certamente fará (1 Tessalonicenses 5:24)
