Do alto da colina, os filisteus gritaram para elesFrom the hill the philistines did shout to them
"Mandem um de seus homens, hoje desafiamos Israel""send us one of your men, we defy israel today"
Com isso dito, trouxeram à tonaWith this said they brought forth

"Sim, temam Golias, pois por ele vocês serão nossos escravos"yes fear Goliath for by him you´ll be our slaves
Eis Golias, vocês temerão seu nome"Behold Goliath, you will fear his name"
E eles estavam apavoradosAnd they were dismayed
Mas um homem ficouBut one man would stay
E esse foi Davi, que aceitou o desafioAnd this was David and he took the challenge
Para matar Golias e a isso ele jurouTo kill Goliath and to this he´d swear
Agora o rei Saul disse a DaviNow king Saul told David

Davi partiu para encontrar seu destinoDavid left to meet his fate
Ele se aproximou do giganteHe approached the giant

Ele lançou a pedra e o derrubouHe did hurl the rock and struck him down
Matou-o de vezKilled him dead
Ele matou Golias, enquanto os outros fugiamHe killed Goliath, he did while others fled
Derrubou Golias e levou sua cabeçaBrought down Goliath and he took his head
