In winter when it is so cold
white trees paint the landscape
In winter's forests the cold covers me
The frozen lake is crystal clear
Oh mighty forest
how great you are
from the high mountains to the valley
a refuge to all who seek it
As I walk though this place
A gentle breeze of frost covers me
This land so peaceful and pure
untouched by Malinor's reign

O lago congelado é claro como cristal
Oh floresta poderoso
como você é grande
das altas montanhas para o vale
um refúgio para todos que a procuram
Como eu ando embora este lugar
Uma brisa suave de geada cobre-me
Essa terra tão calmo e puro
intocada pelo reinado do Malinor
