punk is supposed to be threatening. embracing both mainstream ideologies and mainstream rock indstry tactics is hardly threatening. perhaps then the worst thing is that so many of us seem to be okay with this. we throw our hands up and say that this was inevitable and hat we might as well get used to it. we slowly lose whatever claim we had on our scene and willingly hand it over vio our own ignorance t o the motherfuckers who would just as soon spit on us. continue to be a thorn in the sides of motherfuckers everywhere.

punk deveria ser ameaçador. abraçar tanto as ideologias mainstream quanto as táticas da indústria do rock mainstream não é nada ameaçador. talvez o pior seja que tantos de nós parecem estar de boa com isso. levantamos as mãos e dizemos que isso era inevitável e que deveríamos nos acostumar. lentamente perdemos qualquer direito que tínhamos sobre nossa cena e entregamos de bandeja, por nossa própria ignorância, para os filhos da puta que não pensariam duas vezes em cuspir na gente. continuem sendo uma dor no saco para os filhos da puta em todo lugar.
