The hour was night... when the star called my attention
I hadn't seen it before... since it was covered by a large rug
Finally, i saw it was a star of five points of big size
Decorated with ornamental designs... kind of cabalistic drawing!
Then, i took a chalk and copied carefully the whole design
I sat within it and expected something to happened...
So i recalled invocation rituals but nothing took place...
...several minutes later i remembered the words and spoke them gravely...:
"ph'nglui mglwinafh cthulhu r'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn..."
Instantly, the most astonishing phenomenon occurred...:
"i found myself looking upon a nocturnal landscape...
...desert vegetation... sandy rocks... the place was spare-of caverns... snow capped mountains
...a landscape that couldn't have been found anywhere..."
Life seemed to be going on within this weird aliens world...

In the meanwhile, bats came out of the caverns' mouth
... then, a kind of human being made its appearance...:

Little by little an enormous creature appeared... at first a tentacle, then another - half a dozen!
An eldritch head showed dimly...:

For it saw me from the beginning, fixed its eyes

A hora era noite... quando a estrela chamou minha atenção
Eu não a tinha visto antes... pois estava coberta por um grande tapete
Finalmente, vi que era uma estrela de cinco pontas de grande tamanho
Decorada com desenhos ornamentais... tipo um desenho cabalístico!
Então, peguei um giz e copiei cuidadosamente todo o desenho
Sentei dentro dele e esperei que algo acontecesse...
Então me lembrei de rituais de invocação, mas nada aconteceu...
...vários minutos depois, lembrei das palavras e as falei solenemente...:

Instantaneamente, o fenômeno mais surpreendente ocorreu...:
"me vi olhando para uma paisagem noturna...
...vegetação desértica... rochas arenosas... o lugar era escasso de cavernas... montanhas cobertas de neve
...uma paisagem que não poderia ser encontrada em nenhum lugar..."
A vida parecia estar acontecendo dentro desse estranho mundo alienígena...
Cobra cascavel rastejando...
Falcão de olhos afiados planando acima...
O monstro gila!
Enquanto isso, morcegos saíam da boca das cavernas
... então, uma espécie de ser humano fez sua aparição...:

Olhos e ouvidos anormais...
Costelas aparecendo através da pele..
Habitantes do exterior!!!..."
Pouco a pouco, uma enorme criatura apareceu... primeiro um tentáculo, depois outro - meia dúzia!
Uma cabeça estranha apareceu vagamente...:

Corpo sem pescoço... massa de carne gelatinosa!
