well is it too soon to say that over time we lose our
minds or at least our speech and sight cause i know
that I've been there and I've done that and I'm
ashamed to find that I've mistaked the finest things
in life and that's life you watched me build this
kingdom well then ashes to ashes it all falls down
but relax don't worry cause when this heart is
breaking you won't hear a sound it's like walking in
circles we're getting around and it came right from
your mouth and it says yeah you've been there and
you've done that and well it hurts me you think it
comes so easily and I'm broken, beaten so my
pride's been eaten still my foot's in my mouth I wish
I would have known the situation like I know then
what I know right now I'd take it slow, but I am full
responsible for every single tear drop from your eye
it's safe to say we're giving up and this is the way
'cause every single dream has died so I take it back

bem, será que é cedo demais pra dizer que com o tempo perdemos a
mente ou pelo menos a fala e a visão, porque eu sei
que já estive lá e já fiz isso e estou
envergonhado de perceber que confundi as melhores coisas
da vida e é isso, você me viu construir este
reino, bem, então cinzas às cinzas, tudo desmorona
mas relaxa, não se preocupe, porque quando este coração está
quebrando, você não vai ouvir um som, é como caminhar em
círculos, estamos dando voltas e veio direto da
sua boca e diz é, você já esteve lá e
já fez isso e, bem, isso me machuca, você acha que
vem tão fácil e eu estou quebrado, espancado, então meu
orgulho foi devorado, ainda assim meu pé está na minha boca, eu gostaria
de ter sabido da situação como eu sei agora
o que sei agora, eu tomaria mais devagar, mas sou totalmente
responsável por cada lágrima que caiu do seu olho
é seguro dizer que estamos desistindo e é assim que
as coisas são, porque cada sonho morreu, então eu retiro o que disse.
