And so i'm going over it all once again
And looking at how i feel today.
And i'm ok.
The mirror says don't feel down anymore.
And so i see i just can't dig that hole
I dug back then or i'll fall back in.
So it's clear what i need to do from here.

Então estou revendo tudo de novo
E olhando como me sinto hoje.
E estou bem.
O espelho diz para não me sentir pra baixo mais.
E então vejo que não consigo mais cavar aquele buraco
Que fiz lá atrás ou vou cair de novo.
Então está claro o que preciso fazer a partir daqui.
Lembrar de viver e deixar viver.
