sitting here, myself and I
sharing our masks
my inner strenght is façade
we´re waiting for the same
constantly I´m dreaming of
my world inside your eyes
the way I yearn for privacy
the way I feel tonight
I stroke the flames inside of me
before I´ll turn them down
one half of mine is silent
in distance we´re bound
civil lights surrounding me
no matter if I dream
my torch is getting weaker
how long will I be seen?
I push to leave in silence
my feelings disappear
I close my eyes to bear it
how long have I been here?
Am I the only living witness of myself…?

compartilhando nossas máscaras
minha força interior é uma fachada
estamos esperando pelo mesmo
constantemente sonho com
meu mundo dentro dos seus olhos
como anseio por privacidade
como me sinto esta noite
eu acaricio as chamas dentro de mim
antes que eu as apague
uma parte de mim está em silêncio
na distância estamos ligados
luzes da cidade me cercando
não importa se eu sonho
minha tocha está enfraquecendo
por quanto tempo serei visto?
eu me esforço para sair em silêncio
meus sentimentos desaparecem
fecho os olhos para suportar
há quanto tempo estou aqui?
sou a única testemunha viva de mim mesmo…?
