De uma terra distante a rainha de Sabá
Reuniu os convidados e disse: Vamos viajar
Quero conhecer o reino onde existe a perfeição
A distância não me prende vou visitar Salomão
Dizem que o rei Salomão é o rei da perfeição
E em todo seu reinado existe civilização
E quando ela chegou, ficou prestando atenção
Na maneira que ele agia na hora da refeição
A rainha de Sabá já estava comovida
Quando viu o grande templo
Ficou mais surpreendida, nunca vi tanta beleza
Tanta coisa de valor
Quanto ouro que existe nesta casa do Senhor
A riqueza desta casa já surpreendeu a mim
Eu estou emocionada, não arrependi de vir
É atraente e formosa, a beleza não tem fim
Cada canto tem um anjo em forma de querubim
Bem-aventurado seja o teu reino Salomão
E bendito seja o Deus que tu tens no coração
A tua sabedoria fica sem explicação
Porém, acho que ela veio do autor da criação
E cento e vinte talentos de ouro e especiarias
Eu trouxe da minha terra sem pensar em economia
Porque quando me disseram da tua sabedoria
Pensei em te presentear, vi que você merecia
Salomão ficou feliz e logo retribuiu
E deu para a rainha tudo que ela pediu
Salomão era prudente, sua mão não foi mesquinha
Deu em dobro tudo aquilo que ele ganhou da rainha
E ela voltou pra sua terra com a sua comitiva
Quem sabe até chorou na hora da despedida
A rainha foi embora, mas talvez ela pensou
Salomão agora sei é um servo do Senhor

From a distant land, the Queen of Sheba
Gathered her guests and said: Let’s hit the road
I want to see the kingdom where perfection reigns
Distance won’t hold me back, I’m off to visit Solomon
They say King Solomon is the king of perfection
And throughout his reign, there’s civilization

And blessed be the God you hold in your heart
Your wisdom is beyond explanation
But I think it came from the author of creation
And I brought a hundred and twenty talents of gold and spices
From my land without thinking about the cost
Because when I heard about your wisdom
I thought to gift you, I saw you deserved it
Solomon was happy and soon returned the favor
And gave the Queen everything she asked for
Solomon was wise, his hand wasn’t stingy
Gave her double everything he got from the Queen
And she went back to her land with her entourage
Maybe she even cried at the farewell
The Queen left, but maybe she thought
Solomon, now I know, is a servant of the Lord
