Some say the damage gets done then it's too late
Some sooner get up and run, say it's ok

We all get a hit on the way through occasionally
We all feel a bit too late and a day too early
And when the bottle does come we go step into the way of it
Somewhere to run to
Something real to make us both forget
I get bored of the same old things that other people say

On the way to destruction
