Someone To Believe In
I've travelled this Illusion...
Light show extraordinaire...
Been searchin' for a reason...
A why we all can share.
'Coz all the things they taught me
Didn't help me make it clear...
'Twas their misunderstanding
Made all this appear.
A man needs someone to believe in
Or else he's gonna blow his mind.
There's something more to life than TV,
You know it's gonna make you blind.
I've come to this conclusion -
There's one beyond compare.
The source of all religion -
His light has always been there.
The truth that He has brought me
Did away with all my fears,
And misinterpretations
Are soon to disappear.
A man needs someone to receive him
When he gets to the other side...
We've gotta have this growing feeling
We're a part of the Great Divine.

Eu viajei por essa ilusão...
Show de luzes extraordinário...
Estive buscando uma razão...
Um motivo que todos possam compartilhar.
Porque todas as coisas que me ensinaram
Não ajudaram a deixar claro...
Foi o mal-entendido deles
Que fez tudo isso aparecer.
Um homem precisa de alguém em quem acreditar
Ou então ele vai pirar.
Tem algo mais na vida do que TV,
você sabe que isso vai te deixar cego.
Cheguei a essa conclusão -
Há um que não tem comparação.
A fonte de toda religião -
Sua luz sempre esteve lá.
A verdade que Ele me trouxe
Acabou com todos os meus medos,
E as más interpretações
Logo vão desaparecer.
Um homem precisa de alguém que o receba
Quando ele chegar do outro lado...
Precisamos ter essa sensação crescente
De que somos parte do Grande Divino.
