I was thinking about a friend
I was left alone again
you kept me awake
as I couldn't understand
The way she had to part with him
he's such a decent man
I would've appreciated a call
we could talk about it all
I've got some problems of my own
then I thought about the girl
how she thought about the world
if she found it bigger than a shell
even though the club was safe (?)
placed neatly upon her shell
I think my aim is to understand

se é justo dizer "eu sou"
e se é seguro dizer "me importo"
devo convidá-lo pra cá
