Random molecules.
The big bang's emissions.
Starstuff from the first event,
conglomerate as me.
The end product of
14 million years
of evolving DNA
spiralling through time.
Time will melt it all away.
I will be gone some day.
All of the notes I play.
All of the things I say.
Everything and everyone,
all of the work we've done,
and all that we've begun,
will burn out with the sun.
Solid matter now,
with a conciousness.
Needs and wants,
dreams and desires,
and creativity.
Develop and grow,
over a lifetime.
Far too brief, too much undone,
a ripple in time.
Time will melt away my flesh.
Time will fossilize my bones.
Time will make the sun collapse,
and the Earth a frozen stone.
