Vida Consciente

I have lived life until now to the height of enjoyment

My physical body accompanied by a conscious mind

Endless desires swirl outside of me

HE is also taking me along his cosmic path giving me experience of seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling and feeling

I feel content while sleeping, crying, laughing, eating and drinking

Day and night I think that there must be some purpose to this life

I have come to understand joy and sorrow due to lust, anger, greed, attachment and ego

I have started to think about what is the characteristic wont of life and about what is the uncharacteristic wont of life,

about what is benevolent use of mind and words and what is harmful use of mind and words

and about what is sin and what is virtue

Thus no more desire or expectation for past, present or future remains with me

My mind has gone beyond past, present and future and beyond the rational intellect of imagination

I see that I am beyond birth and death and am enjoying mind in a state of samadhi

Eu vivi a vida até agora no auge da diversão

Meu corpo físico acompanhado de uma mente consciente

Desejos sem fim giram ao meu redor

Ele também me leva pelo seu caminho cósmico, me dando a experiência de ver, ouvir, provar, cheirar e sentir

Me sinto contente enquanto durmo, choro, rio, como e bebo

Dia e noite eu penso que deve haver algum propósito nessa vida

Eu comecei a entender alegria e tristeza devido à luxúria, raiva, ganância, apego e ego

Comecei a refletir sobre o que é o habitual na vida e o que é o não habitual na vida,

sobre o que é o uso benéfico da mente e das palavras e o que é o uso prejudicial da mente e das palavras

e sobre o que é pecado e o que é virtude

Assim, não resta mais desejo ou expectativa pelo passado, presente ou futuro

Minha mente foi além do passado, presente e futuro e além da razão da imaginação

Vejo que estou além do nascimento e da morte e estou desfrutando da mente em um estado de samadhi
