Eu Considero Que...

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing

to the glory that will be revealed in us

The creation waits in eager expectation for the Son of God to be revealed

For the creation was subjected to frustration not by its own choice,

but by the will of the one who subjected it

In hope that the creation itself would be liberated from its bondage to decay

And brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God

Eu considero que nossos sofrimentos atuais não se comparam

à glória que será revelada em nós

A criação aguarda com expectativa ansiosa a revelação do Filho de Deus

Pois a criação foi sujeita à frustração não por sua própria escolha,

mas pela vontade daquele que a sujeitou

Na esperança de que a própria criação seja libertada de sua escravidão à decadência

E seja trazida à gloriosa liberdade dos filhos de Deus
