A fight is going on inside of me
It’s a terrible fight and it is between two wolves
One is evil
He is anger, envy, sorrow, regret
Greed, arrogance, self-pity
Guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies
False pride, superiority and ego
The other is good
(So he is) joy, peace, love, hope
Serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence
Empathy, generosity, compassion and faith
The same fight is going on inside you
And inside every other person too
Which wolf will win?
The one you feed

Uma luta está acontecendo dentro de mim
É uma luta terrível e é entre dois lobos
Um é o mal
Ele é raiva, inveja, tristeza, arrependimento
Ganância, arrogância, autopiedade
Culpa, ressentimento, inferioridade, mentiras
Falso orgulho, superioridade e ego
O outro é bom
(Então ele é) alegria, paz, amor, esperança
Serenidade, humildade, bondade, benevolência
Empatia, generosidade, compaixão e fé
A mesma luta está acontecendo dentro de você
E dentro de todas as outras pessoas também
Qual lobo vai ganhar?
