In my opinion, celery is a little bit of an, uh, an anomaly

I just read that celery is ninety-five percent water, you know?

And it's respectable, you know?

The fact that it's ninety-five percent water

But the thing is, the other five percent is so dominating that it presents itself as a solid

You know, it's a solid vegetable, it has a good crunch, you know, good composition to it

And, you know, it's hydrating, which is amazing, you know?

Most vegetables do hydrate

But the fact that it's living its life as a solid being ninety-five percent water is pretty admirable to me

E isso é respeitável, né?

Mas o lance é que os outros cinco por cento são tão dominantes que se apresentam como um sólido

Sabe, é um vegetal sólido, tem uma crocância boa, sabe, uma boa composição

E, você sabe, é hidratante, o que é incrível, né?

A maioria dos vegetais realmente hidrata

Mas o fato de viver sua vida como um sólido sendo noventa e cinco por cento água é bem admirável pra mim
