No Other Gods

Sheena Taylor

This generation got crosses on their necks, but idols in their hearts
Followers became gods, platforms became temples, and repentance became offensive
But heaven is calling the remnant back

No other God before Him, that's the first command
But people worship influence more than the lamb
Sunday service posted, but your soul still chained, using Jesus for attention
But never truly changed

There's pimps in the pulpit, turning grace into cash
Fathers house a market place, while the broken collapse
Yes you are flipping tables like He did before
You turn my father's house into a den of thieves and war

You'll say you know Jesus, but don't obey His voice
Still sleeping in compromise, still calling darkness choice
Got horoscopes and vials, manifesting stars
Ignoring the creator who already knows who you are

No other God
No other kings
Jesus, don't worry religion, He wants everything
Tell idols down, let repentance begin
Yes you are hamashiak
It's calling you again

You shouting, God is good, but using His name for fame
Turning worship into clout
That ain't why He came

Platforms became temples, likes became your praise
Secrets in hiding behind
Still to faith

You know every trend, but don't know the word
Claiming you are waking, but ignore what you heard
The sabbath was made, holy a day to seek His face
But people want tradition without surrender or grace

You made an image of savior, but no painting can replace the risen king
No empire of man, no tradition of religion can save your soul
People argue over images and history
But the real question is this
Do you truly know Jesus Christ for yourself?

Says a borgia, is not the savior
Actors and man-made images cannot redeem souls
Only Yeshua hamashiak says
The messiah is not culture, not politics, not a performance
He is the risen lamb of God, the alpha and omega
Stop worshipping images
And come back to the real Jesus Christ
The one who convinced, the one who delivers, the one who heals
The one who still sets captives free

You say, I love Jesus, but I won't lead a sin
Living like the world and calling darkness
Sleeping together, I'm married, still leading worship songs
Wanting heaven's promises while living
Fully wrong, losing His holy name, fulfilled celebrity fame
And get mad when conviction starts exposing the chains

This ain't condemnation
This is mercy crying out
Close the bride of Christ needs awakening now

Tell the idols down, tear, tear religion down
Cancer platforms in a cross
At the same time, you want the crown
But reject repentance
You are blessed without surrender

No lukewarm altar
No count on a fit for
Only king Jesus and Him alone

No lukewarm altar
No count on a fit for
Only king Jesus and Him alone

No lukewarm altar
No count on a fit for
Only king Jesus and Him alone

No other God
No other names
Every idol for

This is not about performance
This is not about religion
This is about relationship
Turn back to Jesus Christ
Not the image
Not the platform
Not the culture
The room of science still saves
And He's still calling His people home
