The kids today it seems to me.
They grow up way too fast.
The kids today they pass the buck.
And blame you for their mess.
The kids today.
Doing drugs, drinking beer, passing out, not me.
Break the rules, cross the lines, turn their backs.
Do their own thing, live how they want, mess up their lives.
Defy God, put down His name, they are so blind.

Elas crescem rápido demais.
As crianças de hoje, jogam a culpa pra frente.
E te culpam pela bagunça que fazem.
As crianças de hoje.
Usando drogas, bebendo cerveja, desmaiando, não eu.
Quebrando regras, cruzando limites, virando as costas.
Fazendo o que querem, vivendo do jeito que acham, estragando suas vidas.
Desafiando Deus, menosprezando Seu nome, são tão cegas.
