Spring Cleaning
it's time for spring cleaning i'm
scrubbing the walls of my
stomach with gallons of
beautiful water and
as my digestives get
shiny and empty my
body gets slimmer my
muscles get strong
it's time for spring cleaning it's
time for spring purging it's
time for starvation and
happy delights it's
time to go swimming it's
time to go jogging it's
time to eat slower and
take smaller bites
the doctor is clueless he
thinks i've caught something i
refrain from telling him
what i've been at but i
feel so much better than
when i was eating i
feel so much cleaner and
so much less fat

estou esfregando as paredes do meu
estômago com litros de
água linda e
à medida que minha digestão fica
brilhante e vazia meu
corpo fica mais magro meus
músculos ficam fortes
é hora de fazer a limpeza de primavera é
hora de purgar a primavera é
hora de passar fome e
delícias felizes é
hora de ir nadar é
hora de ir correr é
hora de comer mais devagar e
tomar mordidas menores
o médico não faz ideia ele
acha que eu peguei alguma coisa eu
me abstenho de contar a ele
o que andei fazendo mas eu
me sinto muito melhor do que
quando eu estava comendo eu
me sinto muito mais limpo e
tão muito menos gordo
