Verse 1

Rahab said "We heard about your Lord, how he parted the water to dry land

How you came out of Egypt and what you did to the Amorites two kings men,

As we listened to these marvelous things, our hearts began to melt

Neither was there any courage in our men to be felt,

For we understand now that your God, He is the one above

And we won't underestimate His favor while we're in His love."

He said "I'll be back to get you,

Your faith has set you free,

No longer will you live your life in captivity

While the lands destroyed around you,

Safe in my arms you'll be, oh I'll be back to get you

Your faith has set you free."

Verse 2

One day I was living a life of hopeless sinful defeat,

Oh Satan thought he had me bound, his goal for my life was complete

But the God of grace and mercy reached down and turned my life around,

And now I long to sing His praises and to here that trumpet sound

I've got my eyes toward heaven and on Him I will depend ,

Oh He'll be back to get me, On a cloud I will ascend

He said, "I'll be back to get you, your faith has set you free,

No longer will you live your life in captivity,

While the lands destroyed around you, safe in my arms you'll be

Oh I'll be back to get you for your faith has set you free."

Rahab disse: "Nós ouvimos sobre o seu Senhor, como Ele separou as águas para a terra seca

Como vocês saíram do Egito e o que fizeram com os homens dos dois reis amorreus,

Enquanto ouvimos essas coisas maravilhosas, nossos corações começaram a derreter

E não havia coragem em nossos homens para se sentir,

Pois agora entendemos que o seu Deus, Ele é o que está acima

E não subestimaremos Seu favor enquanto estivermos em Seu amor."

Ele disse: "Eu voltarei para te buscar,

Sua fé te libertou,

Você não viverá mais sua vida em cativeiro

Enquanto as terras são destruídas ao seu redor,

Seguro em meus braços você estará, oh, eu voltarei para te buscar

Um dia eu estava vivendo uma vida de derrota pecaminosa e sem esperança,

Oh, Satanás achou que me tinha preso, seu objetivo para minha vida estava completo

Mas o Deus de graça e misericórdia desceu e virou minha vida de cabeça para baixo,

E agora eu anseio por cantar Seus louvores e ouvir aquele som de trombeta

Eu tenho meus olhos voltados para o céu e Nele eu vou confiar,

Oh, Ele voltará para me buscar, em uma nuvem eu vou ascender

Ele disse: "Eu voltarei para te buscar, sua fé te libertou,
