I dont want to rule the world
just to live in a free country
just give me my land and my liberties
this is not how we were founded
the fathers wouldnt act this way
they wouldnt keep our peopel grounded
theyd want em livin for today.
wont be frightened into houses
or be deterred from taking flight
were gonna storm the streets
and live with all our might
i dont want to change the map
or colonize the world
i want to recognize my birthrite
a true son of liberty
i take pride in how we were built
blood spilled in '76
i repect what they pushed for
the freedom that they meant
to give up now would let them down
well not on my watch
ill stand strong to fight it
like Kilcullen at the rock
ive never took for granted
these freedoms that we have
the right to worship who i want
or leave whenever i please
we choose our own officials
at least thats the idea..
ive got the right to own a gun
to protect my interests here
ive tried to exercize my rights
at every fuckin turn
these liberties were given
as must as they were earned
i thank our fighting forces
who stand guard upon our dream
without their protection
we'd be an overrun country
take advantage of what we got
dont let your freedom rot
konw your rights
throught and through
should have been a patriot before the bombs hit

Eu não quero dominar o mundo
só quero viver em um país livre
só me dê minha terra e minhas liberdades
não é assim que fomos fundados
os pais fundadores não agiriam assim
eles não manteriam nosso povo preso
eles queriam que a gente vivesse o hoje.
não vou me deixar assustar e ficar em casa
ou ser desencorajado a voar
vamos invadir as ruas
e viver com toda a nossa força
eu não quero mudar o mapa
ou colonizar o mundo
eu quero reconhecer meu direito de nascimento
eu sou um verdadeiro filho da liberdade
me orgulho de como fomos construídos
sangue derramado em '76
eu respeito pelo que eles lutaram
a liberdade que eles queriam
desistir agora seria decepcioná-los
não enquanto eu estiver aqui
eu vou me manter firme para lutar
tal como Kilcullen na rocha
nunca subestimei
essas liberdades que temos
o direito de adorar quem eu quiser
ou sair quando eu quiser
nós escolhemos nossos próprios oficiais
pelo menos essa é a ideia...
eu tenho o direito de ter uma arma
para proteger meus interesses aqui
tentei exercer meus direitos
a cada maldito passo
essas liberdades foram dadas
tanto quanto foram conquistadas
eu agradeço às nossas forças armadas
que guardam nosso sonho
sem a proteção deles
seríamos um país invadido
aproveite o que temos
não deixe sua liberdade apodrecer
conheça seus direitos
de cabo a rabo
deveria ter sido um patriota antes das bombas caírem
