I'm gonna get me a bone today
Under the big blue sky
Under the tree where my last love laid,
Now where beneath the leaves she lies
I'm gonna dig a deep hole,
Crack open this bone,
See where all the wonder went,
See where now it's all gone
Look at the light, it's full of stars
What's really happening? Something wonderful
It's not as bad as I was told,

But the angels pull you up...
Don't let the colors bring you down,
They'll get much brighter one day
You know all things must come around if you leave them in their sway
I'm gonna save it all in these photographs
Keep something here for me

Hoje eu vou buscar um osso
Sob o grande céu azul
Debaixo da árvore onde meu último amor descansou,
Agora onde sob as folhas ela jaz
Vou cavar um buraco profundo,
Abrir esse osso,
Ver pra onde foi toda a maravilha,
Ver onde agora tudo se foi
Olha a luz, tá cheio de estrelas
O que realmente tá acontecendo? Algo maravilhoso
Não é tão ruim quanto me disseram,
Perder tudo que foi amado
São os demônios que te puxam pra baixo
Mas os anjos te levantam...

Elas vão brilhar muito mais um dia

Vou guardar tudo nessas fotografias
