Statement of Faith
I believe in God
The Father almighty
Creator of heaven and earth
And in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord
Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost
Born of the Virgin Mary
Suffered under Pontius Pilate
Was crucified, dead and buried
On the third day he rose again from the dead
And ascended into heaven
And sits at the right hand of God the Father almighty
From this He shall come to judge the quick and the dead
I believe in the Holy Ghost
The holy universal Church
The communion of saints
The forgiveness of sins
The resurrection of the body
And the life everlasting

O Pai todo-poderoso
Criador do céu e da terra

Que foi concebido pelo Espírito Santo
Nasceu da Virgem Maria

De onde há de vir para julgar os vivos e os mortos

A santa Igreja universal
A comunhão dos santos
O perdão dos pecados
A ressurreição do corpo
E a vida eterna
