Well I wonder what's going on,
same old stuff suppose,
not quite right that,
the stuff's the same,
but it seems different to me,
seems like the cancer in this city,
has got to be terminal,
I haven't got it though.

Thought you lived here,

I'd rather be a sprat than a mackerel,

Bem, eu me pergunto o que tá rolando,
mesma velha história, suponho,
não tá muito certo isso,
mas as coisas são as mesmas,
mas parece diferente pra mim,
parece que o câncer nessa cidade,
precisa ser terminal,
eu não peguei isso, não.
Por acaso, onde você tá?
Achei que você morava aqui,
as luzes brilhantes te pegaram,
preferiria ser um peixinho do que um atum,
você pode escapar da rede,
