Hurricane John came flying down
Stole all the trees from the ground
Snatched all the clouds from the sky - I don't know why.
The land's now bare with up torn earth
I've lost everything that was of any worth
Its really funny how everything's there - and then its gone
I guess that's how we lost our way

But our individual lives are all the same
I guess we're not so unique anyway.
