Accept the fate
That took years off of my life
You'd think I would lay down
And let the impending doom consume
I'll admit
Years back I would collapse
Break down, and relapse
But now I'm determined
To show that I'm worth and to show I can be more than a punching bag
Still their words tend to hurt
I remind myself I'm stronger than them
There ten feet in the ground
While I'm around
Making the most of the time I got
And even if I fail
The journey was worth it more than the goal
I stare up at the Sun
And though it burns
I won't run
I won't fight anymore

Repeat myself again
Cause I'm running out of things I want to say
Sit in decay cause the pain you gave's all I have
You're on my mind again so what am I worth
Long after I passed you I still think about you
And here I am thinking about the times we fought
Or the time you said I would achieve nothing
Or be remembered
But in a pile of bones will be I known
Or will I fall into the unknown
I will never know
Until that comes you
I will keep up the fight
At times your judgment looms just like a cloud
And I'm back writing stuff about you

And even if I fail
