Float through the pews, bow to the energy
God is in the spaces in-between
Salivating beneath the bitter leaf
I see her dancing just for me, as the eyes go out
And the light of the mind turns blue

There's a stillness in the shift
It makes it easy for me to miss it all
So I just sleep it off and do it all again

I'm so breathless in this hue
That I don't care if I'm to lose it all

In that satin ecstasy

I'm dreaming of
Feeding and
Needing
And stumbling to the place
Where the stars and temples meet

The cold folds of ego eat glitter and Moon

I drop again, into the flowing of bodies
And I feel alive
Sanctified

I pry my way into heaven
Knowing that I can never stay
