I'm standing here all alone,
by the sea between life and death.
Waiting for the ferryman,
to take me to the other side.
The life I had I leave behind,
a life of eternal sorrow.
Staring at the other side,
knowing: there's my freedom.
See the blood dripping from my wrists,

mortal life is not meant for me.

Estou aqui, sozinho,
pela beira do mar entre a vida e a morte.
Esperando pelo barqueiro,
que me leve para o outro lado.
A vida que tive deixo pra trás,
uma vida de eterna dor.
Olhando para o outro lado,
sabendo: lá está minha liberdade.
Vejo o sangue escorrendo dos meus pulsos,
sentindo minha dor se dissipar.
Agora vejo claramente que,
a vida mortal não é pra mim.
