Holiness cries, I'm contradicted!
Patience and mercy have been despised
Goodness grieves in agony!
For purity weeps when holiness cries

Holiness cries from a secret within
Our flesh embodies the life form of sin
I've been a slave to the screams of my mind
Our vain desires of the wandering eye

It's crawling back I need to seek Your face
