Angel's Remains

I read on some site on the web
That the world is going to end
I live every day like in the chess
But I am not the king

They tell me to be strong
And leave it in the hands of God
Sometimes I feel so poor on the floor
Like a modern lazarus

So go ahead and make your bets
Before morning ends
Now it's breakfast
The new mass of the family
Bread, wine, and coffee, help yourself!
Remains are all we have
Or are they just the bread?

My faith and my prayer
Would they be only a fantasy?

Some news of disgrace
But this can only happen for me
Because it is a smart TV

They tell me I'm wrong
For wanting to be careful
Sometimes I feel so moor on the floor
Like Jesus Christ's cross
