Finch is given a small office and Hedy is assigned as his secretary, but he realizes from her lack of secretarial skills she is dangerous to be around; he arranges for her to cross paths with his skirt-chasing boss, Mr. Gatch. Soon Gatch is transferred to Venezuela and Finch is promoted to his job.

Finch recebe um pequeno escritório e Hedy é designada como sua secretária, mas ele percebe que, pela falta de habilidades secretariais dela, ela é perigosa de se ter por perto; ele arranja para que ela cruze caminhos com seu chefe mulherengo, Sr. Gatch. Logo Gatch é transferido para a Venezuela e Finch é promovido ao seu cargo.
