Creativity Vacation
It alludes us at will.
Coming, going, breathing for short stays.
As you read it's quite clear,
it's been avoiding me for days.
Gone from this ink that I force onto page,
it's out seeking others more worthy of praise.
Proceeding without it is uneasy and bland,
without the whispering strings guiding your plan.
But if all that was made was gold from the start,
gold would be everywhere and lacking your heart.
So go on creating with or without thrill
and remember always it alludes us at will.
Férias da Criatividade
Ela nos escapa à vontade.
Vindo, indo, respirando em breves momentos.
Enquanto você lê, fica bem claro,
ela tem me evitado há dias.
Sumida dessa tinta que forço no papel,
ela está buscando outros mais dignos de louvor.
Seguir sem ela é difícil e sem graça,
só com as cordas sussurrando seu plano.
Mas se tudo que foi feito era ouro desde o começo,
o ouro estaria em todo lugar e faltando seu coração.
Então continue criando com ou sem emoção
e lembre-se sempre, ela nos escapa à vontade.
