The Human Abstract
He sits down with holy fears
And waters the ground with tears
Then Humility takes it's root
Underneath his foot?
Soon spreads the dismal shade
Of Mystery over his head
And the catterpiller and fly
Feed on the Mystery
And it bears the fruit of Deceit
Ruddy and so fucking sweat to eat;
And the Raven his nest has made
In it's thickest shade
The Gods of the earth and sea
Sought thro'Nature to find this Tree
But their search was all in vain
There grows one in the Human Brain
Whene'er didst taste Thou the
Fruit of Deceite and of Human Abstract-
Transitory
It's sweet...
Bitter, tart and wormy
Does the Eagle know what is in the pit?
Or wilt thou go ask the worm?
Can Wisdom be put in a silver rod or bowl?
Until a thousand spirits go astray in dark
..."The human form, eternally abstract".
O Abstrato Humano
Ele se senta com medos sagrados
E rega o chão com lágrimas
Então a Humildade cria suas raízes
Debaixo do seu pé?
Logo se espalha a sombra sombria
Do Mistério sobre sua cabeça
E a lagarta e a mosca
Se alimentam do Mistério
E isso dá fruto da Enganação
Vermelho e tão caralho doce de comer;
E o Corvo fez seu ninho
Na sua sombra mais densa
Os Deuses da terra e do mar
Procuraram pela Natureza para encontrar essa Árvore
Mas sua busca foi em vão
Uma cresce no Cérebro Humano
Quando foi que você provou o
Fruto da Enganação e do Abstrato Humano-
Transiente
É doce...
Amargo, azedo e cheio de vermes
O Águia sabe o que há no caroço?
Ou você vai perguntar para o verme?
Pode a Sabedoria ser colocada em uma vara ou tigela de prata?
Até mil espíritos se perderem na escuridão
..."A forma humana, eternamente abstrata".
