I'm drifting on my own odyssey crossing the Hercules Gate
Floating past the Scylla's Hold I waved and grinned: it's certain death I'm told!
Yes...I could stay, remain so safe, remain the same
So tame and lame and live in vain, wake to a Day of Mays
I'd rather burn and never fade than be afraid - No!
I'd better live for just one day and make it worth a tale
