Ó Senhor, Tu és meu Deus, eu Te exaltarei,Oh Lord, Thou art my God, I will exalt Thee,
Eu darei graças ao Teu nome,I will give thanks to Thy name,
Pois Tu fizeste maravilhas,For Thou hast worked wonders,
Planos formados há muito com perfeita fidelidade.Plans formed long ago with perfect faithfulness.

E nesta montanha Ele consumirá o véuAnd on this mountain he will swallow up the covering
Que cobre todos os povos, até o mantoWhich is over all people, even the veil
Que está estendido sobre todas as nações,Which is stretched over all nations,
Ele consumirá a morte para sempre,He will swallow up death for all time,
E o Senhor Deus enxugará as lágrimasAnd the Lord God will wipe tears
De todos os rostos.Away from all faces.

Ele removerá o desprezo do Seu povoHe will remove the reproach of His people
De toda a terra, de toda a terra,From all the earth, from all the earth,

Pois o Senhor falou eFor the Lord has spoken and
Dir-se-á naquele dia:It will be said in that day
Eis que este é o nosso Deus por quem temos esperado,Behold this is our God for whom we have waited,
Que Ele possa nos salvar, este é o SenhorThat He might save us this is the Lord
Por quem temos esperado.For whom we have waited
Alegremo-nos e regozijemo-nos em Sua salvação.Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.
