Psalm 116
I love the Lord for he heard my voice
He heard my cry for mercy
I will call on him as long as I live
For he turned his ear to me
The cords of death
The anguish of the grave
I was overcome I was overcome
Then I called on the name
The lord is gracious and righteous and full of compassion
He protects the simple he’s saved me when I'm low
Once more be at rest oh my soul for the lord has been good to you
O Lord you’ve delivered my soul from death
My eyes from tears my feet from stumbling
That I may walk before the you
In the land of the living
Oh how can I repay the lord
For all his goodness to me
I will lift up the cup of salvation
And call on the name

Ele ouviu meu clamor por misericórdia
Eu o invocarei enquanto eu viver
Pois ele prestou atenção em mim
As cordas da morte
A angústia da sepultura
Eu fui dominado, eu fui dominado
Então eu clamei pelo nome
O Senhor é gracioso, justo e cheio de compaixão
Ele protege os simples, me salvou quando eu estava pra baixo
Mais uma vez, descanse, ó minha alma, pois o Senhor tem sido bom contigo
Ó Senhor, tu livraste minha alma da morte
Meus olhos das lágrimas, meus pés da queda
Para que eu possa andar diante de ti
Na terra dos vivos
Oh, como posso retribuir ao Senhor
Por toda a sua bondade para comigo
Eu levantarei o cálice da salvação
E invocarei o nome
O Senhor é gracioso, justo e cheio de compaixão
