I woke up this morning, of course the ground was covered in snow
I gotta go to work soon, and just like you I don't wanna go
I dropped my keys in the snow and it felt like it was 10 feet high
I had cough syrup for breakfast, please someone feel bad for me
I feel like shit and it's all your fault
The snow is deep my shoes are stained with salt
My car wont start and I am not surprised
You had no clue what was in my hand

What a winter it's been and my calendar says it hasn't begun to start
I wanna say really sweet things, but my coffee cup rolled under the car
I cleaned my room on xmas, and the bank didn't wanna cash my cheque
I'll buy you a bottle of champagne, if it means that you'll come back
I spend too much time watching planes come and go
And not enough time just hanging out with you
I'm making myself nauseous again

Acordei essa manhã, claro que o chão tava coberto de neve

Meu carro não pega e não tô surpreso

Que inverno foi esse e meu calendário diz que nem começou
Quero dizer coisas bem doces, mas meu copo de café rolou pra debaixo do carro
