Direi ao Senhor: Ele é meu refúgioI will say of the Lord, He is my refuge
E minha fortaleza, meu Deus, em quem confioAnd my fortress, My God, in whom I trust
Pois Ele te livrará da armadilha do caçadorFor He will save you from the trap of the fowler
Ele te salvará da peste mortalHe will save you from the deadly pestilence

Porque ele pôs seu amor em Mim, por isso eu o salvareiBecause he set his love on Me, therefore I will save him
Eu o colocarei em alto, porque ele conhece Meu nomeI will set him on high, because he knows My name
Ele me invocará, e eu lhe respondereiHe will call upon Me, and I will answer him
Estarei com ele na angústiaI will be with him in trouble
E deixarei que veja Minha salvaçãoAnd let him see My salvation

Ele te cobrirá com suas penasHe will cover you with His pinions
Sua fidelidade é um escudo e uma muralhaHis faithfulness is a shield and a wall
Mil poderão cair ao seu ladoA thousand may fall at your side
E dez mil à sua direitaAnd ten thousand at your right hand
Mas o perigo não chegará perto de vocêBut danger will not come near you

E sob Suas asas você encontrará refúgioAnd under His wings you will find refuge

Você só olhará com seus olhosYou will only look on with your eyes
E verá a retribuição divina dos ímpiosAnd witness the divine repayment of the wicked
Porque você fez do Senhor, seu refúgioBecause you have made the Lord, your refuge
Até o Altíssimo, seu lugar de habitaçãoEven the Most High, your dwelling place
