I can never escape from Your Spirit
Never get away from Your presence
If I go to Heaven, You are there
And if I'm in the grave, then You are there
If I ride the wings of the morning
Or dwell by the farthest oceans
Even there Your hand will guide me
And Your strength will support me
I could ask the darkness to hide me
And light become night around me
Even in the darkness I can't hide
To You the light shines

How precious are Your thoughts about me
O God, I can't even count them
They outnumber the sand

Nunca consigo me afastar da Sua presença
Se eu subir ao Céu, lá estás
E se estou na cova, então lá estás
Se eu voar nas asas da manhã
Ou morar nos oceanos mais distantes
Mesmo lá Sua mão me guiará
E Sua força me sustentará
Posso pedir à escuridão que me esconda
E a luz se torne noite ao meu redor
