Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
Let me walk upon the waters, wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith would be made stronger in the presence of my Savior

There was a time when you were nowhere on my mind
Living for self caught up in wealth, so I would stay up on my grind
I was dibling and dabbling in all the things of this world
I was busy trying to find the thing that would fill in this void

Quiet the noise leave me satisfied, so I kept trying man I was trying
But on the inside I was dying doing drugs like a fiend searching for peace
Was hopeless I couldn't deny it, I couldn't deny it, although I was trying
The enemy, he kept supplying all of these thoughts going through my head
Like look at your life, you might as well be dead
Man, I was living in pain, I feel so stuck in that place I was living in shame

Living in darkness, felt like a carcass, no life in me, I was living in shame
Living in shame because I had called on the name of Jesus, but there was no change
Devil had blinded my eyes, I didn't realize that I was no longer a slave
Jesus, He gave his life for me, that means He paid the price for me
So when He died so did my sins
He didn't just die, He died for me
He didn't just rise, He rise for me
All of this so I could be everything that He said
No longer blind now I can see, so

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders

Just want to be in Your presence, Your very presence is a present
I lift up Your name, I'm giving You praise

When I think about all the lessons that You let me learn
All of the things that in turn strengthen my faith, allowed me to discern
Your presence envelops every single second throughout all the heavens and all of the earth
That's why You won't ever leave me
That's why You cannot forsake me
Lord, open my eyes to see that there's more for me than those that do hate me
