I Awoke

I awoke the Sun on my face
My arms wide open to the light's embrace
With the whole world stretched before my eyes
I was inspired to face a lifetime

As the rays of dawn broke the sky
My sense of purpose was revived
A new obsession to feed the drive
That found the reason to be alive

I had a vision of what the future should be
