The weight of a single dream
Drags me backwards
So real, it faded away
Away forever
Whole world in my hands
A mirage that’s hard to see
It’s just an illusion again

Eight red lights flashing in my direction
Eyes wide open but drowning in misconception
The ground starts to crack under my feet
And it seems so natural like it was meant to be

Yet, I can’t escape this feeling
That I’m lost in a maze
All the paths I’m taking
Lead me to dead ends
I keep searching for a way out
But the walls keep closing in
I’m suffocating in this darkness
Stuck in a spin
