Down hands in the clay
I’ll dig deep through gardens of snow
Through strawberry patches that you know
Brass bound by the weight of it all

Clothesline made it through ice storm
Neighbour’s kissing on your garden gate

You’re ready to go
And put on a show
What a show
You morph into shapes you don’t know
Swim upstream by bridges you burned
Over we go

Room is swaying like a lifeboat
Candied eyes look the other way
